As of July 1, 2006, Casa Libre will no longer rent suites to the general public.

Suite Availability: Reservations for non-profits, literary and academic institutions are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Advance reservations are highly suggested. The rates below are flat rates for all writing suites available at time of reservation.

Amenities: Each of Casa Libre's suites is fully furnished and includes a separate kitchen, bath, bedroom, and livingroom/writing room. There are no phones in the rooms. Click here for a list of amenities.

Payment: Casa Libre does not accept credit cards (yet), please submit deposits and payments via personal check, bank check, money order or cash.

Tax: All of the rates below are subject to 7.6% sales tax.

"The Fine Print"

Nightly rates apply to guests staying in a suite less than seven nights.

Weekly rates apply to guests staying in a suite for seven nights; The Weekly rate applies to full weeks only; additional nights will be billed at the nightly rate.

Month long rentals are available in special circumstances but will be billed based on weekly rates. Please email casakeepers@casalibre.org or call 520-325-9145 for more information.

Cancellations and refunds:In order to receive a refund of your deposit you must cancel your reservation two weeks before your expected date of arrival.

Non-Profit, Literary, and Academic rental guests are subject to the same policies and rules as Casa Libre's writers-in-residence. Casa Libre reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not abiding by the policies detailed in the reservation applications.
